4. Fill in the captcha verification
5. Click Search
6. All pending and paid challans linked to your vehicle will appear on screen — including violation type, date, location, camera image, and fine amount

If you see "No Record Found" — this means there is no currently pending eChallan for your vehicle. 

eChallan Punjab — SMS Check

You can also check your eChallan via SMS — send your vehicle registration number to the official PSCA short code for your area. This is useful when you do not have internet access.

For Karachi and all of Sindh, eChallan checks are handled through the Sindh Police Challan Portal — a separate system from Punjab's PSCA.

2. Navigate to e-Services or eChallan Check section
3. Enter your vehicle registration number or CNIC
4. The system displays all challan records for your vehicle immediately

In Islamabad and other major Punjab cities — including Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Gujranwala — drivers can also use the same PSCA Punjab portal as Lahore by entering their vehicle registration number and CNIC.

What Is a PSID Number?

A PSID — Payment Slip ID — is a unique 12 to 14-digit number assigned to every traffic violation. It is the reference number used to pay your fine through any online banking, mobile wallet, ATM, or bank branch. Without the PSID, you cannot pay the challan online. 

Your PSID appears on the eChallan details page once you search your vehicle on the portal. Screenshot it or write it down before proceeding to payment.

Option 1 — JazzCash

Open JazzCash app → Bill Payments → Traffic Challan → Enter PSID → Confirm Payment.

Open Easypaisa app → Traffic Challan → Input PSID → Pay Securely. 

Option 3 — Mobile Banking App

Supported by HBL, UBL, MCB, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, JS Bank, and Allied Bank — navigate to Bill Payments → Traffic Challan → Enter PSID → Pay. 

Option 4 — Bank of Punjab (Punjab eChallan Only)

Visit any Bank of Punjab branch and provide your PSID to the teller. Payment is processed manually and confirmed immediately.

Option 5 — NADRA e-Sahulat Centers

Available nationwide — visit your nearest e-Sahulat centre, provide your PSID, and pay in cash.

Option 6 — ATM

eChallan can be paid via ATM at most major Pakistani banks — navigate to Bill Payment → eChallan → Enter PSID.

After payment, the portal typically updates within 1 to 3 hours. In some cases it can take up to 24 hours. If your payment status still shows pending after 24 hours, contact the concerned traffic authority with your payment receipt. 

Always take a screenshot of your payment confirmation immediately after completing the transaction. This is your proof of payment.

You can dispute an incorrect eChallan at your nearest Traffic Police Office or Safe City headquarters. Bring your vehicle registration documents, CNIC, and any evidence supporting your case — such as proof you were in a different city on the date of the alleged violation. 

Common causes of incorrect eChallans include wrong vehicle data in the registration database and number plate cloning. Both can be resolved through the official dispute process.
