Key Responsibilities

As Lead Cabin Crew at AirSial, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring passenger safety and comfort on all domestic flights
• Leading the cabin crew team during flight operations
• Conducting pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrations
• Managing in-flight service delivery to airline standards
• Handling emergency procedures and passenger situations professionally
• Coordinating with the flight deck and ground operations teams
• Maintaining compliance with all PCAA and airline safety regulations

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Previous cabin crew experience is mandatory — lead positions require prior airline service
• Education: Minimum Intermediate (FSc or equivalent) — higher qualification preferred
• Age: As per PCAA and airline requirements
• Height & Weight: As per AirSial aviation standards
• Language: Fluent in English and Urdu — additional languages an advantage
• Appearance: Professional presentation as per airline grooming standards
• Health: Medically fit — valid aviation medical certificate required
• Availability: Must be willing to be based at Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad
