Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at PakWheels, you will:

  • Actively source and attract top-tier talent using creative strategies including job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a focus on speed, efficiency, and quality
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of candidates for various positions, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess technical competencies and cultural alignment
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies
  • Promote PakWheels' employer brand by communicating the company's values, culture, and growth opportunities
  • Stay informed about the latest recruitment tools and trends to continuously optimise the hiring process 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and technical recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing technology or digital company
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles, tools, and frameworks — including programming languages, development lifecycles, and IT infrastructure
  • Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Mindset: Results-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
